Staff Qualifications
We pride ourselves in providing the highest-quality training for our staff and mature, responsible role models for your children. Here are just a few examples of how our staff rate:
- All of our Counselors (Adventure Guides) AND all of our volunteers are CORI and SORI background checked.
- All Counselors are certified in both CPR and First Aid.
- All Counselors are specially trained in our own Positive Coaching instructional methodology.
- All Counselors are required to attend a minimum of 40 hours of paid training and pass detailed assessments.
